VSHL to Celebrate 40th Anniversary

VSHL has announced that it will produce a spectacular event on Saturday, October 20, 2007, in celebration of its 40th anniversary. According to Geline Williams, the event chairman, "Skilled guests who are experts on cutting edge pro-life issues will speak with full knowledge and clarity on their topics, and prove an inspiration to their audience." The event is free and open to those interested in the pro-life cause.

Forty-eight million unborn children have been killed by abortion because of Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court ruling of 1973 that legalized what is tantamount to abortion-on-demand for the full nine months of pregnancy. Mothers of these innocents have also been savaged by the devastation of abortion.

John Seeds, M.D., Professor and Chairman of Obstetrics and Gynecology at a major medical school, will tell the truths of the heartless slaughter of abortion; Olivia Gans, Director of American Victims of Abortion, will speak of youthful fright, naivete and the siren call of abortion advocates; Susan Muskett, J.D., NRLC Congressional Liason, will laud stem cell research but not the kind that kills the human embryo, and Graham Jennings, J.D., will address the Living Will v. Will to Live.

"Come celebrate the fortieth year of VSHL, the first state-wide pro-life organization to be founded in the nation, said Mrs. Williams. "I will be there and look forward to seeing you."

She added, "Please spread the word so that others may know of the event and also come!"
