VSHL’s annual student Pro-life Oratory Contest will be held in April with the state first place winner qualifying to compete in the National Right to Life Oratory Contest in St. Louis, Missouri on July 5 during the NRLC Convention. High school juniors and seniors are eligible to enter VSHL’s state contest by first competing in a regional contest. Prizes will be awarded at all levels of competition with the top winner receiving five hundred dollars and an expense paid trip for two to the national contest.
