NO-LIMITS-ON-ABORTION BILL

To All U.S. Senators and U.S. House Members:

We urge you to reject the so-called “Freedom of Choice Act” (FOCA).

This is a proposed federal law that would:

• make the brutal partial-birth abortion method legal again.

• require tax funding of abortion on demand, even when used as a method of birth control.

• nullify virtually all state limits on abortion, including laws requiring parental notification before an abortion is performed on a minor.

 

President-elect Obama has endorsed enactment of the FOCA.
