Election laws permit voting in only one party's primary. A choice must be made between the Republican Primary or the Democratic Primary.

VSHL Political Action Committee is non-partisan. Its endorsements are made on the basis of several criteria including the candidate's responses to the VSHL questionnaire, the candidate's voting record if one exists, and electability.
