Robert "Rob" Wittman has received the endorsement of the Virginia Society for Human Life Political Action Committee for election to the U.S. House of Representatives in Virginia's 1st Congressional District. The special election for the open seat has been called for Tuesday, December 11. The congressional seat became vacant with the October 6th death of pro-life Republican Congresswoman Jo Ann Davis.

Rob Wittman of Montross in Westmorland County has a pro-life record as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates and is committed to continue to work to protect innocent human life if elected to the U. S. Congress. The Republican delegate currently represents House of Delegates District 99.
